TRHC Members,
The Toms River Blackhawks will be holding a couple of FINAL collection nights at the rink for BANTAM and below players on Tuesday, December 11th from 7pm to 9pm, and Wednesday, December 12th from 8pm to 9pm.
The deadline on the contract of November 15th for final payment has passed and at this time, ALL players should be PAID IN FULL, as per contract, unless they have a TRHC Payment Plan Agreement that was signed/approved at the time of contact signing, and are current with payments. It is a parents responsibility to fulfill this commitment and any questions regarding tuition balances should be asked BEFORE these dates directly to our Treasurer, Stacey Pirello at trhctreasurer@gmail.com or on her cell at 848-992-1235. Stacey can also take a payment over the phone if needed.
Please note, that ALL players MUST be PAID IN FULL or current with a signed/approved payment plan at this time to be considered in “good standing” with the club. If you are not in “good standing” you can not be eligible to run for a board position or vote in the upcoming club election. Also, possible restrictions can be placed upon players where they will not be able to participate in team activities going forward.
